THURSDAY 2/7: Town Council Special Meeting and Public Hearing on South Port Easement

Cape Charles Town Council will hold a public hearing 6 p.m. Thursday, February 7, at Town Hall on a request by South Port Investors for easements on Town property for the Cape Charles Yacht Center now under construction.

The easements will be used in connection with establishing and operating a vessel repair business on adjoining parcels.

A special meeting will follow, at which Town Council is expected to vote on the easements, a lease agreement with South Port Investors, harbor rules and rates, library allocations, and replacement of a Town police car totaled in an accident in Bay Creek.
