ESTACI is a non-profit organization committed to alleviating or eliminating poverty on the Eastern Shore of Virginia through grassroots social and economic projects. ESTACI believes that it is important to reduce the number of families involved in the criminal justice and child welfare systems; to cultivate leaders from within those families; and, to contribute to their social and economic development.

C’mon out and meet Gerald and Polly Boyd to learn about the important work they’re doing in our community.
