Providing sewer services outside the town boundries, is a fairly broad term. I would like the town to specify exactly what and where they are thinking of expanding. To date the town has been less than forthcomming with new information. School, Bank ect. On a planning level the town must be very careful how it proceeds. There should be a firm clear policy to not compete with our existing commercial along Mason Ave. If the town is looking at residential, than, that or those subdivisions must be capable and willing to underwrite the infastructure cost as well as the hook up charges based on a fair and equitable basis with what the town residents are paying. NO MORE SCHOOL GIVE AWAY PROGRAMS! !
I don't beleive the current town residents are willing to incur more debt or monthly charges for future users outside of the stated town boundaries.

Please bring us up to date regarding the Eastern Shore Public Service Authority, when was it created, by whom and how and when Bob Panek was appointed the Chairman.

Is the $96.000 the Town Manager is requesting for a Town Trail a part of Grants received or some other source?
