That entranceway was built by master carpenter Greg Lohse, with helpers Steve Hairfield and yours truly. We had to use the Pythagorean Theorem! Lisa Lewis rode herd on hundreds of volunteers and did a fantastic job. Hard to believe that was more than a decade ago. Glad to see the photo wasn’t of the playground being demolished.

How do they know that a court won’t side with Old School Cape Charles? Who pays to put everything back together? This whole deal with Echelon was done underhandedly and illegally, therefore, no one should be changing anything. How can these people sleep at night knowing that they are not looking out for the citizens and are only trying to line their own pockets? And when I say citizens, I mean the littlest ones included. What use do low and mid-income families have for high end apartments? Many fishy things going on here. And it sure stinks!
