My grandkids talk about being in the parade all year long. It was a gentle reminder why I love living in this beautiful small town. It is such a shame any controversy has to be a part of the parade. There is a time and place but during the parade was inappropriate. Don’t tell me it is the perfect time we express our independence if that’s the case we should have a parade of nothing but controversial issues. We can make it a day of nothing but negativity!
