I was skeptical when I first saw the ambitious 2-week schedule and variety of activities. But I have to say Arts Enter and the town sponsors pulled off an exciting and entertaining program in mid-August. Let’s start planning for next year and get the word out early that Cape Charles is the center for the arts in Virginia!
