		<description><![CDATA[After so many years of a strict no-development, no-change attitude, the BOS is now going to the other extreme of throwing out the master plan while allowing  development in endangered areas. What can they be thinking of? Some of these revisions make no sense for the local community, and even less for the county. They could be setting bad precedents by rushing to a too-early vote.]]></description>
