TUESDAY 11/6: Planning Commission to Hear Request from South Port Investors for Conditional Use Permit

Cape Charles Planning Commission will meet 6 p.m. Tuesday, November 6, at Town Hall.

The main item on the agenda is consideration of an application by South Port Investors, LLC, for a conditional use permit to perform boat and marine engine repair and locate boatels on two parcels of land owned by the Town of Cape Charles and leased to South Port.

The meeting is open to the public.
