Pirates Ball Treasure Chest Raffle Winners

In conjunction with the Tall Ships Festival, Citizens for Central Park held a Treasure Chest Raffle.  Winners were drawn at the June 15 Pirates Ball.

1st place: Susan Hughes & Diane Scarcelli, Virginia Beach

2nd place: Ross Holsclaw, Machipongo

3rd place: Jude Harris and Dennis Saidat, Cape Charles
