SATURDAY 3/16: Authentic Celtic Music at ESO St. Paddy Party
ESO Arts Center is proud to host once again The Leigheas, an authentic Celtic Band for Saturdays St. Paddy’s Day celebration 7:30 p.m. in Belle Haven.
The Hampton Roads band takes seriously their mission to preserve the traditional dance music and cultures of Ireland and Scotland, translating that into a serious night of fun and revelry for those wearing the green, or not.
Leigheas is pronounced lay-huss and is Irish for medicine and healing. It is a nod to the band members who are made up of mostly professional caretakers, and as one member state, “Music is very healing for the soul.”
