THURSDAY 1/10: Public Hearing on South Port, Christian School, and Town Council Meeting on Bathroom Appeal and Echelon Request for More Time

Town Council will hold a public hearing 6 p.m. Thursday, January 10,  at St. Charles Parish Hall on  a conditional use permit request from South Port Investors’ proposed yacht center.

Public comments regarding the tax exempt status request from Cape Charles Christian School will follow.

The regular Town Council meeting will follow the public hearing.

The agenda includes the Central Park bathroom appeal, funding and grant requests, South Port Investors lease amendment, and a request from Echelon Resources, Inc., for an extension of time to begin conversion of the school at the park into an apartment building.
